  • Served as an expert real property valuation and appraisal review witness before the Cook County Board of Review, the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and within Circuit and Federal Courts
  • Provided appraisal, appraisal consulting, and appraisal review services for acquisition, disposition, leasing, litigation (various types including eminent domain, divorce, title disputes, etc.), ad valorem real estate tax assessment appeal/intervener, asset management, and mortgage lending purposes
