- Vice president, senior appraiser, and partner of a regional commercial real property appraisal and consulting firm in Chicago (May 1998 – March 2013)
- Served as an expert real property valuation and appraisal review witness before the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals, the Cook County Board of Review, the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and within Circuit and Federal Courts
- Provided appraisal, appraisal consulting, and appraisal review services for acquisition, disposition, leasing, litigation (various types including eminent domain), ad valorem real estate tax assessment appeal/intervener, asset management, and mortgage lending purposes
